Studying,
learning, remembering, practicing, training are all human endeavours and they are
essential by personal
calculation of the importance to learn to be able to do effectively and
so
create a change or effect intended. So it is the doingness that is
achieved as
an ability once learning has been accomplished.
Obviously
learning is a native ability but more important when investigating
anything is to
consider all appropriate variables
and not just the convenient or easy to sell ones.
What
impedes learning? Of what we currently consider, could study or good
learning
practices be improved or aligned with a technology of study?
All the
hard work has been done for you if you pose these questions, but read
on.
Of the
fundamentals of study, the condition of a necessity for a replacement
of the
mass being studied with a real but not necessarily similar mass is a
distinct
and invariable concept in advanced learning institutions.
A very
successful and quite frankly a fun way to achieve enough mass with
study is to
use table clay - shape and label it.
Molding the
mobile mass into a terminal or agreed object and then labeling it with
it’s
obvious significance in words allows a student of any level to
consolidate and conceptually
solidify mass and significance of a subject.
To give you
a more in your face idea of what sort of variables we are dealing with
when
studying without sufficient mass, consider that the primary
manifestation or
phenomenon exhibited by all ages when studying are exactly as follows
– always:
bent, sort of spinny, sort of lifeless, bored or angry. You can wind up
with
your stomach feeling funny. You may get headaches, you will feel dizzy
from
time to time and very often your eyes will hurt.
Reality is
a component of understanding and therefore must be present in some way
to be
understood. Offering substitute mass allows reality and so increases
understanding.
Using even
non-descript items like rubbers, caps, pens, paperclips, blocks,
bangles,
marbles etc. are sufficient to give you a boost in real mass to
conceptualize
what is being studied.
